As there is a definite dwindling in forum members on ISG,I am starting the next 12 headers that tell of different sections (12) as described by Homer in TGM book,I will begin each section with homers description , then hopefully we can all speak in our own words and describe how we think and feel we are moving the club through each of the sections.....TGM for dummies maybe?
