OK, so I've been a but off golf lately. Bad back, surfing more, etc.

Logged on here for the first time in a while this morning.

Then, about an hour ago I get an e-mail from my club...

Apparently the 13th and 14th holes at Ocean Shores are in the mix for the first cut of the 'DREAM 18" being compiled by Inside Golf.

See here for all the others:

https://www.insidego...-the-first-cut/

So, is your club in for any holes?

Montuna's 10th hole on their list  .... FFS.

That alone is testament that there is little merit in the list.  :o

That's a bit harsh, GPJ.

Surely, every club is entitled to a participation award?

I would also suggest

Eastwood

Eagle Ridge

Albert Park...FFS

Melton Valley

....who makes these lists? Clearly no one who has ever actually been at the course. At least these ones.

Probably the pick of the par 5s on any of the layouts. But hardly "dream 18" I'd think.

I found the green in 2 and walked off with a 6.  Dream is not the word I would use.  One letter too long for my preferred mode of communication.

If I can win an OOM anyone can.

looking at the "list" I would say a lot of the holes nominated by the panel fall into that category.
