Thoughts?

Why not- get any advantage possible. Was Steve on the bag back in 2000 for Tiger?

He was carrying Tiger's bag. Did you read the bit about Tiger teeing off on the 4th round with only three balls in the bag? Everybody makes mistakes but that could have been embarrassing and the end of a working partnership.

After looking at all the practice swings on WRX Golf, my favourite swing is Tiger's. It looks flawless in the frames. Pretty amazing after what he has been through. I'm not putting the mocka on him by saying that he is going to win, but I wouldn't be surprised if he is there at the end.

I read somewhere that Tiger puts a new ball in play every 3 holes; but that couldn’t have been the case in the round referred to above. From memory he dunked one in the bay on the 18th in the first round in 2000.

I take it that the "experiment" with Williams caddying for Adam Scott in Majors, has been dumped??

He scruffed the first ball and gave it away to a kid. He may have dunked the second. Williams chose not to say anything about the balls and was encouraging safe shots. But Tiger was on a roll and was shaping shots across the water to access difficult pins. Williams said his heart rated and anxiety levels went through the roof. Meanwhile Tiger blissfully unaware of potential disaster kept hitting great shots.

Stevie doesn’t seem to be having the desired impact for J-Day; it’s the usual stuff from Day: slow as a wet week and swings at one speed for every shot - flat out. He’s in danger of missing his 3rd straight cut in the US Open.

Needing to hire a caddie who is "goal" orientated demonstrates how much Day lacks motivation.

He still remains the number 1 hypochondriac golfer in the world with back issues now which is no surprise.

He’s another in the long list of ‘one major wonders’. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but for a guy who promised so much it is disappointing for us Aussies hoping we can find a multiple major winner.

Here I was getting all excited about Adam Scott coming from the clouds in the final round and what does he do? Hits it OOB on 13 and the misses a 4-footer on 17 for par. Another disappointment although he wouldn’t have gotten near Gary Woodland.
