I have a 33" SC Newport 2 which I am going to replace stock grip with Super Stroke 3.0 counter balance model(50g). Putter head is 350g currently.

A few questions:

1. Will the length increase after I add this new grip?

2. Do I need to replace the putter head weight with a heavier weight to get the swing weight back to normal? Or the added 50g on the butt end will make the putter feel heavier overall?

3. The SC Newport currently has 2 x 20g weight on it. If the answer to the above question is yes, by how many grams do I need to increase the weight to bring the swing weight to default?

4. If I do not like the counter balance, can I remove with without taking off the grip using the wrench?

Thanks for answering the question in advance.
