Spade, please tell us why we shouldn't consider you to be an untruthful flog deserving of much vitriol.

You haven't produced a single document to support your fantasy whereas the opposition has produced enough to find you guilty.

As captain of the club I wonder if you've actually breached the corporations act already.

Your place in history has been determined to be the captain that sunk RGC.

No doubt you have the auditors in on a regular basis to tell you exactly when the club is insolvent.

Also, please answer the following

Are you one of the people who lent money to the club ?
For those that lent money, how was the money secured ?

I'd hate to think that anyone would make a personal gain from the demise of the club.

You got to making this crap up surely ?

All this vitriol’s is unbelievable, check all your egos, I can give a couple of facts to clear up the inability for some to actually see what is rationale and what is going to happen. Don’t know about Capital sale but do know about developed interest.

A massive developer has met the club twice and have made contact with council to enquirer about the land, while some barriers exist no real reason to think it cannot be done, also for the ill informed Kingston Council blocking Kingswood development did not follow due process and the eventual redevelopment will go ahead and PkGC will get the remaining $25 million.

How about you tackle Kiwi on the personal attacks & get off my back.

you did it again. deflected the questions.

without personal attack what people on here want to know is

1 what is progress of council approval

2 how are discussions going with the developer negotiations of sale with the land

3 an update on the talks with Crown executives that the GM of Capital claims he does not know about.

If you come out and be honest with the golfing community then they might have some sympathy for RGC plight and predicament

but while you continue to put the shutters up all this does is gives people a negative feel and actually scares off any potential new members who may want to join.

The major developer meeting the council is a nothing.

It really will not get past Kingston or the current Labor government.

The simple fact, yet to be accepted by spade, is that NO developer will buy the property and take on the rezoning risk. Nobody is that stupid.

How do you know, unless you have an occupation your just an ill informed spectator. I know that the developer believes it’s doable and flat land that close to beach, shops, rail etc is a rare opportunity. Population growth in Kingston is not that fast and these projects assisting growth. No one thought the council would rezone Waverley park but that happened.
