Thank you to the committee for a well run event and year as always! A fitting trophy and and even better man to be named after for all the work, help and effort he puts in year after year. Mouldy put it in perfect words yesterday and so true of the great man!

Kiwi, awesome work and effort all day, to block out my crap and win your way to not only the  A grade day but the overall is a fantastic achievement well done buddy!! Some very great golf and shots going around the course. Couple of lucky putts didn't hurt either :P

Francie, probably the most unluckiest player i have seen. This is the second time around and the second time it was in your grasp but slipped through. Unfortunately those 2 birdie putts falling a couple of rotations short hurt and I am guessing will be ruing for the short term.

Leenn some absolute beautiful shots followed by some ordinary ones unfortunately overall played extremely well!!!

Some absolute deadset cracking shots from the group all day giving you 3 a chance to set up some great score!

As for a group was a cracking day with some great laughs (mostly at my expense :P) and could not have asked for a better group on a gorgeous day! Course was stunning (and still stand by those greens slowed up when they dried out!) and was there for the taking. You only have to look at the scores that came in.

Cheers C3. I'm amazed at how many shots you know how to hit!

Well....I've been given a day pass from the Psych ward.   I've been under 24 hour watch to make sure I don't cut my wrists after Sunday.    :(    They've drummed into me that it's only  a game and there will be other chances for me to win something............

Anyway I must say that I did enjoy Sunday and the conditions were perfect for good scoring.   I'm more than satisfied for at least playing well and not throwing the chance to win, away.    Congrats to MUZZ......you played great and you would be a very tough Matchplay opponent.   Some of those longish putts for par never looked like missing and kept your score ticking over.   Well deserved in the end.

Joe, it's tough to try and play good golf when you haven't been out on the course much.    You took the bad with a good attitude and were a pleasure to spend the day with.

Leenn, it has been a while since our last hit but it was fun.   Some good golf from you and a pleasure.

Thanks to the organising committee and I'm glad my misfortune gave you a chuckle, Deege.    Goldy happened to tell me how he worked the scores and clearly my plan wasn't very good to try and keep Muzz at arms length.   I'm not sure in the end I had any control of the end result as I probably needed a 47 point round to knock Muzz off.    As it was I had 77 off the stick and just missed the scratch prize.      I'm pretty happy with that and WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN..........if a couple of those gettable birdie putts dropped.

Anyway, such is life and things could be worse.......the Doctor has allowed me to go and have a hit at Southern today to see if I can banish the demons from my thoughts.

See you all around the traps
