Heritage membership for private sale. Involves immediate playing rights on St John course. In contrast memberships purchased directly via the club involve a wait to play until the second course is opened.

Selling due to health reasons.

Email heritageoffer@hotmail.com for further details if interested

Are they making any progress with the second course?

Construction of the second course is well underway. It's a staggered process, some greens & tees etc are complete and are at the growing in stage, others are not quite as advanced. The last estimated date of the second course opening that I have seen was the second half of 2005.

Tithers, that might be a tad optimistic. Hopefully HeritageOffer will be lucky enough to get out. It can be frightfully difficult trying to get out of these sort of memberships when the developers still have truckloads of their own to get rid of.

Jack, you are looking at $30,000 plus GST although I would have to get a final confirmation from the club as these can change without members being necessarily informed.

Officially it has to be done via the club but privately I would be prepared to negotiate if $1000 or two made a difference to someone.

So are you selling your own share, or selling one on behalf of the club? What are the annual subs?

Jack, I'm selling my own share. At present sales through the club have been put on hold until the memberships dependant on the second course are sold. Basically I have to find a buyer privately, then go to the club and tell them I want to sell my membership to that person and then the paperwork gets done.

The annual subs are $2,000.
