Yep. Don’t go near the M1 on a long weekend Thursday/Friday.
Where are you? Ocean Shores way?

I'm not that far south, closer to the border. Home track is Ocean Shores.

I'm usually good at avoiding having to drive anywhere near the Gold Coast or Brisbane before or after long weekends. I just didn't realise it was on this weekend.

ok boys Friday 2pm?  Im checking on a couple courses now.

I'm out for a few weeks. Two week family adventure starts on Sunday with still a lot of things to sort out before we go.

Plus, there is that whole thing with working out my swing before even attempting to go onto a course just yet.

I get the working on your swing thing, but you would learn a lot having a hit with Mads.

Yep. I learned he’s a much better golfer than me. And a patient man. And apparently a Southern Canadian.

Totally get that and looking forward to it. Always keen to learn what, how, why the natural A graders can swing a golf club and connect with a golf ball so bloody well, and seemingly score from the worse possible places.

Plus.

I can't leave Toph to be his only torturer.

This week out for me due to leaving Sunday for family adventure for two weeks, so hoping schedules and weather will align on my return later this month or early next month.

Trust me, there is no such thing as a natural A Grader. Nothing about this game is natural.

What a magic day here today. Groomed offshore surf conditions and what I expected will be a light onshore Seabreeze this afternoon.

Just the perfect weather for a Friday afternoon round of golf. Be great if the weather is like this tomorrow, but even if it is, I've still got a huge list of things to do before the family adventure as we leave Sunday.

I'd love to say yes, I'm in, but, don't want to stuff you around.

Mads, if you do book somewhere let us know.
