Had our 1st pennant match yesterday.
Off the tips too which can be hard for bunters.
Team won 8 & 1/2 to 2 & 1/2.
We (bully) and I won our match 5 & 4.
Awesome caddy.
Solid front 9 of 2 over set the platform.

Used a vision blue ball.
Wasnt sure if it was the right choice with hard summer greens but worked out ok.
Crackin ball.
Good work Boz.

good win Muzza keep up good form.

Apologies Wayne if you have already posted this.  But is there anything in particular you are interested in with the new testing balls?

(Apropos of nothing, in the summer break I played golf on the normal ladies golf day and witnessed a table enthusiastically organising to cooperate a bulk order of vision/goker balls and gloves through my contact A - proves that those that try the balls even without marketing seem to come to love them)

Hi Deege,

Ok I have already fully assessed these balls,,, I need some added feedback to confirm some thoughts

in comparison to what you normal like to play,,, just general plus durability Plus colour lasting or not.

If that do not suit its ok ,,,, but they come from a brand new factory I am helping.

Cheers,

Boz

Hi Boz,

Been a while since I popped past but golf has taken a back seat to life over the past year. Anyway just joined a club so hopefully getting a few more rounds in.

Just wanted to let you know that the Goker balls have been a massive hit with my 5yo and wife. The boy got a set of clubs for Christmas and when he raided my supply of balls to put in his bag the only ones he took were the Gokers. The macaroons were the first to go, followed by the dalmatians and a couple of daisys.

What was interesting was that when he was using my putting mat in the house the wife noticed the daisy ball and made the comment "I didn't know they made balls like that, I might have to take up golf!". So I took her for 9 nines the other day and she played (and lost!) a daisy ball but had a great time. I think I will have less resistance getting to the course in the future!

So I'll likely be needing some more of those in the future, but thought you might like to have the feedback of two new golfers on the products.

Cheers!

Played something resembling golf on Saturday..... end score didn't show but in-between some tripe there was some actually good golf played

Used yellow pro tour V ball despite a sudden interest in collecting such goodies by a particular breed of bird..... all was good until the 16th when an off white low life mongrel decided to pick up ball from "fairway" after tee shot..... you mongrel I thought as I watched him pick up ball and fly across fairway with the goodie. Looked like he wanted to show off his find to a couple of magpies but they showed no interest in his treasure. in the meantime the lady in our group teed off from her forward tee and managed to hit her white golf ball into large gum tree on corner of dog leg..... Crow abandoned yellow treasure and scooped up white ball after it clattered out of tree and flow into the bush with a new found treasure..... felt sorry for lady golfer but was happy to locate yellow ball and put it back into play at approz position from where mongrel bird had moved it from and then had to tell lady golfer that her ball was 500 meters that way up in the scrub, she hadn't seen the ball depart.....

Such is life

Did a little testing for Boz after work at Elanora yesterday.

ERC v Chrome Soft

ERC felt better off the driver, seemed to travel a little further and was much better to putt with, rolled on nicely.

With my limited play, trying to get 2 shots even close to each other was a problem, however I did manage it once...7 Iron from 140 out, very similar line, high ball flight and distance, the ERC pulled up 2m on from pitch mark, the Chrome Soft 40cm on.

I don't care much for the lines on the ERC but if I had to use one or the other, that'd be it.

Still prefer the Vision Red though.
