And to answer the OP. Warner should not be playing in anything other than the test team. Same with Smith & co.

And to answer the OP, even the commentators stated he was struggling for form. Played cricket this long, shouldn't be poking at **** outside off stump like a D grader

Stunning captaincy by Warner. Doesn't give his bowlers one side to bowl on so they get smacked all over the park. Surely must be the highest score conceded by an Australian 20/20 team coming up. North of 250 seems like a romp in the park.

Playing on a kiddies blanket size ground will only ensure a blow out score like the one you have predicted

With the things we're hearing about behind the scenes, I doubt he'll be welcome back in an aussie dressing room ever.

I think it goes further than cricket. cricket is just a game .

for a lot of cricketers at this elite level they use it to launch other career ventures, eg Ponting, Border Taylor etc

This incident will forever effect his profile in life in very thing he does

He is going to struggle to maintain credibility in a commercial organisation, how can they give him a responsible job if there is an element of trust, knowing he may bend the rules.

...

if he runs a small business are you going to do business with him ???

If he plays golf and joins a golf club, the playing partners are going to be watching his every move to see that he doesn't forget to add any penalty shots.

its just silly and not a good role model for kids.

Clearly hasn't hampered Warnie are Mark Waugh's careers.

Things blow over. Doesn't make it right, but let's at least take a chill pill.

The general public didn't feel the need to get totally outraged by things that didn't really effect them back when Waugh and Warne made their little booboo.

2018 is a vastly different beast.

This in turn will make it hard for sponsors to stay on board.

LG has already stated it's keeping an eye on developments.

Little Davie might have to give back his OLED TV.

Haven't seen the Foxtel one (all sports in one place) with him in it the last few days either..."Hey Mrs T..."

Staggering figure quoted yesterday. They reckon the possible damage done to the brands of CA, Smith and Warner alone might amount to $1/2 billion by the time sponsorships, TV deals, IPL contracts, etc is totted up. Unbelievable.
