Barring injury, I think these 3 will share top spot for a year or two.
I agree that Jordan is the most consistant.

Days purple patch last year made him look invincible...really enjoyed watching golf telecasts again thru that time.

Fowler will get into the top 2 at some stage within the next 12 months IMO.

The driver he hit there in regulation was a pretty special shot.....unlucky it caught a huge kick from the downslope + unlucky it wasn't 1 metre further right to catch the bunker.
I feel RF has less chinks in his armour down the stretch than most.

Nup, he and his caddie stuffed that up. He should have taken water out of the equation. Hit ann iron and a wedge to middle of the green. Tournie over. None of the other guys were hitting driver there, they were hitting 3ws.

Nup, copped a poor bounce on a drive that ended up going 365 yards! Even Hideki said of Fowlers tee ball 'he hit a great shot'. Those hitting 3 metals were drawing it in...Fowler hit a cut. Ballsy!

But he wouldn't have caught a poor bounce if he took all of that out of the equation in the first place. Hit an iron, win the tournament.

Hindsight is oh so beautiful. It was a hole that had given up numerous eagles throughout the day & young Rickie only had a two shot lead (thanks to a god miserable birdie attempt on the previous) at the time. Not one of the worlds top 20 woulda layed up in that situation I don't believe.

Even though he's had trouble on that hole every time he's played it?

So he has a two shot lead and you think he needs to try and make eagle. A two shot lead with two to play is tournie over if you play it right, he didnt.

Its not hindsight at all. Simple fact is driver brought danger into play left and long. Iron off the tee brings zero danger in, a wedge and a two putt par at worst.

2 shot lead with one to play...
