Bloody hell Goldy.......how did I win the Naga as Gaz and I had the same scores on each 9.  (11 & 11)  Does that mean I WON a countback?

We awarded it to both of you. Seeing as you were a team on Sunday...not a very good one, clearly...we felt it was appropriate.

You're welcome  :)

Fair enough.    I really feel NAGA material at the moment.   The Nats seems to do that to me every year.

Updated after results in from Gardiners...today...15 games criteria....

1. BRIGGSY, a.k.a CB59...a.k.a you're close, but not quite good enough...eagle this...(20 OOMs, avg 32.65)

2. Frank...remains in second...and that's all she wrote...(41, 32.07)

3. Inkosi...a NEW starter on the podium...the man with the swing of a scratch marker...immediately followed by the swing of some dude who wandered onto the course wearing slippers...(29, 31.38)

And for those interested in the other end of the spectrum....tWpthnwaoom?

1. OldBogey...maybe if he could at least recognise his own pants...or turn up when carts are allowed...or it isn't wet...or his uterus hasn't prolapsed...(19 OOMS, avg 27.53)

2. Wasabipea_Shooter...clearly knowing the composition of Richmond's best coaching panel, individual ratings of the SEN commentators, the ambient temperature, tee colour, course rating and slope is no help at all...(26, 29.15)

3. Bucks...worst home tracker since the Gold Coast Suns...(26, 29.15)

What about...tWpthwaoom? (not counting N grade)

1. Iron Maiden (Won Yearly Overall, 31 OOMS, avg 26.81)

2. Lt Dan (Won B grade, 26, 27.35)

3. Ozdevil (Won OOM, 30, 27.50)

Or tBthwaoom?

1. Kiwi (Won everything, 41 OOMs, Avg 33.54)

2. Ari (Won everything, 30, 33.30)

3. wOzz (Won A Grade, 25, Avg 33.28)

And as for the NAGA....using the 15 game criteria...

The BEST players to "win" NAGA...

1. FRANK...TOP OF THE LIST BUDDY...(1 NAGA, 41 OOMs, 32.07)

2. Tigerblood (1 NAGA, 19 OOMs, avg 31.37)

3. Bully (1 NAGA, 34, 31.26)

The worst...

1. Iron Maiden (7 NAGAs, 31 OOMs, avg 26.81)...seven...Michael...seven....my goodness

2. Deege (1 NAGA, 26, Avg 27.35)

3. Ozdevil (3 NAGAs, 30, 27.50)

Until we reconvene at the Frog...on Live4Golf....

No one else has ever got close to winning 7 of anything so I will take it.
Did confound the Universe and won an OOM won C Grade twice and a Goldy as well (thanks to slope rated handicaps)Some on here would exchange a NAGA to have done that.
God Bless the iseek golf.com/forums and all who sailed in her.
May the fun continue on at Live4golf.com for many years to come.
Thanks to the team behind the scenes who made it all happen.

Two things I want to know regarding this...…..1/ .What happened to Sissty??   Has he won a OOM...as he was the holder of this "coveted trophy" a few OOM ago???  Now he isn't in the top 3??

And 2/   How can I be the holder of the 1 NAGA from 13 th Beach??    GPJ and I had identical 22 points (11 & 11) and for some reason I "win" the NAGA.         Was there some "committee" thing done that exempts Gaz from figuring in the final results??

Ok....

  1. Sisty won the 13th Beach OOM. He is no longer in contention to be "the best player to have never won an order of merit"
  2. You, my friend, were joint NAGA at the same OOM that Sisty won. Ouch. With Gaz, as you so rightly point out. Gaz, however, in his 43 OOMs and 29.51 average, isn't in the same ballpark to be the "best" player to win a NAGA.

So...got you coming and going there. And yes..Gaz being the chairman may also not have helped your cause...just sayin... ;)

A scoring average of 29.51 ……  geez, imagine what I would have scored if I'd tried.
