No Jaster, I guess I'm just jealous.
I'm in a similar situation to you where my family (2 young kids ) make it hard for me to have any more than 2 rounds a month.
I'm a 15 handicap hacker but I feel my first time breaking 80 is just around the corner.
I'm not a big stats man but I would say I would average around 30 putts per round...only because I rarely hit a green in regulation and rely on my chipping to get me close enough to 1 putt fairly often.
Keep enjoying your golf, that's what it's all about.
Cheers
Mike
P.S. I don't hit many fairways either

No worries, I was sorta worried there as I honestly would not have started this just to feed my own ego
30 putts sounds great...hope I can get there one day!!
2 kids, a wife and 8-5 job sure makes improving golf tough

Jaster
Be interested to hear how your driver re-shaft goes.
Those Titleist Ultralite 65 shafts are really weak. That stiff of yours
is more like a soft reg I'm guessing.
Might explain the missed fairways??

Dean

Thanks for your reply dean...the reshaft went GREAT!
I have only played 1 competition round since the reshaft and I missed only 1 fairway all day with the driver and the x100 seems to have added about 10metres approx to my drives as the trajectory is just awesome. It is mid to low and very penatrating, this is the main reason why I changed the shaft as the UL65 was given me a ballooning type of flight. As big Kev says...I'm Excited smile.gif

The round was last Saturday and I shot a 77 -8 = 69 nett (+3 in a VSS) and the CCR was 71 so my handicap went from 7.8 to 7.4 and therefore I am now on 7!!!!!

I had 32 putts for the day and missed 7 birdies with only 1 3 putt...things are looking good for when the putts start to drop

I reckon Jaster is confusing metres with yards!
