Thanks to the Committee and everyone for another great OOM day.  I thought the course was in pretty impressive condition, though we found that the first cut of rough was pretty brutal.  That slowed us down a little on the second nine looking for lost balls.

To Petethegreenkeeper and Tigerland it was a pleasure to play with you both today - just a great chance to see some quality golf shots.

As is typical on OOM days, I didn't bring my A game, but I had an outstanding time.  Looking forward to Settlers Run.

So did you defend my honour and my "balls"?

Pics?

Yeah, it was for a first birthday party too.  Super effort that.

Geez... you kept that quiet (I think...) Super congrats mate!

Cheers. Our boy Jack is doing well, already been up to the golf course at nine days old.

I do recall an effort at Sunshine similar to that, with something like 23/24pts on the back nine...?

I cant remember that one but it certainly sounds like me - turning it on and off like a tap.

If I can win an OOM anyone can.

Thanks for Goldy for getting me into the field and Muffin for telling me about it. To GPJ_longdriver it was an absolute bore to watch Bully_Bushranger (They call them submarines in Holland) win his second OOM. Every drive was with an Adams Hybrid to land just short of any fairway bunkers whereas I pulled out my R1 Driver and targeted every bunker with ease. Bully_Bushranger then had the check to hole every putt within 15 feet (all 10 of them) absolutely boring - it is exciting to 3 and four putt! Thanks for a brilliant lesson in Course Management and it took me 16 holes to pull out the 3 wood and score a critical 4 points in the last two hole to avoid the NAGA by a couple! Also thanks to Ghetto"snaphook"Golfer who amazed us at his ability to get a ball from its initially direction the go left at will! Also to Huey who tamed Ghetto to not be his loud usual self - fun group. And for the supposed Longhitter_1984 who never got close to us with his 300mt+ drives! Enjoyed the day

John,

It would be my pleasure to bore you with my hybrid skills anytime you are in Oz.

Really enjoyed the company.

I'm sorry I didn't get to say goodbye before you left. I was busy with autograph hunters and photo ops. You know how it is.....😁

My longest drive of the day was on the tenth down the guts at the bottom of the hill. With plenty of spectators. Dont know how far but it was long enough. ;-)
