Toph..take time to recover and recoup your injury. I know our mind is stronger mentally but our body is not in our 20's or 30's anymore...I wish I am ;)

I’m only 50. Something. Not 60. Yet. I’m young. I’m virile.
I’m tired and I don’t want to go to work tomorrow.

So physio on the shoulder. Very apparent the problem is 25 years hunched over a syringe. Lots of extension exercises to do. If still no good physio recomends prp.

SO it did hurt you more than it hurt the patient!

Yep years of keeping very stil for long periods , sitting down , with a head forward posture really puts strain on your body

I can spell reasonably well, even if in American at times. I cannot type well , so please look for the key I intended to use within one key of the strange one I used.

Doesnt sound good Toph. Do stretching every 90 minutes at work even for 5 minutes. The physio should have some exercises for you.

Yes Della. Lots of stretching. Feeling much better already. Very good physio. Explained a lot and working on the underlying cause.
At the range this morning I think the better posture is improving the swing too. Less hunched over.

Just for my own diary this is the practice I am doing at the moment.
1. 3-4 ft drill. I have to sink 10 in a row to move on. Getting better.
2. 18 holes putting with first from 5m- 20m. Usually about “4over”. But I’m not kind to myself with a lot of very long putts or off the green. Shows the lag putting lacks distance Controll
3. Some fun in the sand. I’m pretty good but need to work on getting a bit closer to the pin on average. Usually just happy to get on the green but need to try to get within a chance.
4. Chips and pitches. Try to hit a whole variety.
5. Long game. And 100m shots. At present working on hitting out to the right with a closing club face as per my lessons. My accuracy has improved hugely I think.

I do this once a week on a Sunday morning and sometimes a truncated version through the week work permitting.

Are you putting at home every day still?

Which range, facility, are you using?

1. No. Hate putting practice.
2. Colonial or Emerald Lakes.
