I know it's only cosmetic, but don't know about the nike swoosh on top of the woods?

Wedges sound interesting.  If/when I replace my wedges, the TM ATV wedges have a great rep for versatility.  Sounds like Nike are trying to achieve a similar result.

Wedges are nice. But I don't like cavities in woods. They just look fugly. The rest was blah blah.

They'd make good paint stirrers.

I will definitely upgrade my Covert Performance to the new one. A great year for the red devil - nothing else released felt nearly as good to me.

I have also been keeping Golfshot Stats, and I am hitting about 65% of fairways with it. Glad they kept the same adapter too, my Kiyoshi Purple will slot straight in.

My new Covert Tour driver and 3 wood arrived yesterday.  Initially I wasn't sure about the cavity back on the drivers but got over it as I won't see it at address anyway.  Club looks great in the flesh and feels great having a few dummy swings in the give up.  I'll definitely be on the range Saturday morning giving them both a good test.  I'll get back with how they felt.

So I had a swing of my new Covert Tour driver and 3 wood on the weekend and I LOVE them.  They look great at address, I wasn't too sure about the red and swoosh when buying but the red top and black face really make it easy to line things up.  I have the stiff MRC Kuro Kage Silver shaft and with a current limited swing speed of around 110mph it seems a pretty good fit for me.  Once I sort out my back issue I'll probably want to go up to the x-stiff shaft though.  The sound of the club is really nice, it's not the loud 'tink' that you hear from some drivers but a little duller.  I haven't used any of the adjustments yet but will in the future to see if I can get something extra out of the club.

You're right to be suss Dave, guerrilla marketing happens on these types of sites all the time.
Having said that, the covert driver is the real deal and I've got nothing to do with Nike or the golf industry whatsoever
