Now now all you haters I only ask questions about Keysie as it has its terrible financial woes. Others here take that to read more than it is I like Southern. I like Kingswood. I like Spring Valley Huntingdale is crap. Metro is ok, but well overrated. Well presented, but minimal strategy For the record, I play at whatever course will let me on for the day. I have never been declined a game anywhere Those that want to "punch my face in" should grow up.

What courses have strategy in your esteemed opinion? My guess is you don't like anything Clayton touches. ie runway fairways that have preferred lines to greens from the fairway thus the strategy

John Huggan on the passing of Seve – “Sadly for all who love golf as the art form it is meant to be and not the science it has become, we may never see his like again.”

I said I liked Spring Valley didn't I? Who did that course?

Granted, but how can you like Kingswood, some good holes but underwhelming as a whole? Southern is ok to good range for me. Agree with you on Huntingdale, rode on the back of the Masters and TV coverage from people who new nothing about good golf courses.

Ok, Kingswood was a tongue in cheek review It's also rubbish. Thank ISG's own Tony Cashmore for that

The classics Kingston Heath Royal Melbourne Commonwealth Peninsula They all ask of you every single shot. Driver or iron? Attack or layup? Left side of green or right and short? Metro misses much of that. You can just bat it around there.

Metro's reputation relies more on course condition than the quality of the site. I reckon it will fall out of Australia's top ten in the next rankings as judges move away from courses with the best cover of turf and "dressed up" bunkers and mounds towards a more rugged and natural terrain.

From your post above I think it's safe to say you can live your life by the 'Peter Pan Rule'... Whatever he says/likes, do/think the opposite. Southern, Spring Valleys, Keysborough. Really?
