I herd that is has not been maintained properly. Last time I played was over 2 years ago. But I play at Ballarat a bit and a few of the guys there talk about it from time to time. I would give it a miss unless its a great deal.

With the whole joint being in receivership, they would be doing the bare minimum to keep it kicking over. I was there for a conference there a couple of months ago, in the finish I didn't get around to playing. They either have no decent practice facilities (or they are very well hidden), the practice putting green next to the pro shop had a very rough surface. I wouldn't mind having a hit there if it was a fabulous deal.

looks like they are getting desperate for winter income. Saw the cudo deal and also go an email the other day for $119 for stay and play. Pity about receivership as it looks like it could be a great course from some pics I have seen.

I play it every now and then. It's in pretty good nick. Bring a few balls though. It's not exactly a wide course. Probably the toughest greens in Oz. Ridiculously tough for the average chopper. 3/17/18 can be impossible to lag if you end up on the high side.

Best Course I have played this year, great to get off all those links courses. Brilliant Course! Very Tough! Was there yesterday to use our cudo deal and Spoke to staff and it’s been out of receivership for a while now! And judging on how busy it was they are doing very well! Well done to the staff the whole course is great! Bring you’re a Game!

The place is still in receivers hands. The owner hasn't been to the club for 2 years and owes millions. Home owners have all been smashed and the members will never afford quality private track subs. It's a fun challenge but a dead stick as an investment. Play it now coz it will be gone in a few years unless someone like racv pick it up for a steal.
