your young. wait till you get older it will just happen. When i joined the coppers at 19 I was 85kgs and could eat anything i wanted without putting on weight. I haven't grown any taller but I'm about 30 odd kgs heavier and don't eat anywhere near as much as i did then.

well theres your bloody problem. No point whinging about being skinny if you don't drink or eat meat. You can't have your cake and eat it too....no pun intended...no doubt your very healthy be happy with that but there aint enough calories in lentils and lettuce to get you up the weight scale my boy.

Its perfectly possible to have a balanced diet, and be vegetarian. The thing is, most people dont know the correct way to live a vegetarian diet. You have to make sure your eating alot of iron and protein... I just dont get it, i have a high metabolism, but i exercise alot. Take protein shakes, and all... But nothing can build up my weight. i fluctuate up and down slightly, in the 60kg-70kg range... Just doesnt make sense. If i could get up around 73kg i would be happy...

the vegetarian diet stuff is all well and good, but i guarantee you if you drink 10 schooners and have 2 big steaks everyday for a month that you won't be 65kg...lol. I'd just be happy with where i was if i was you. Your healthy, enjoy it

You make a good point, and i do like being healthy... Would just like to be a bit heavier, so i can play more rugby. Used to play in highschool. But i played the other day, and got SMASHED by a 120kg Tongan bloke... realised i need to be a bit more solid to compete with these guys... LoL, i really just wanted to be involved coz this competition sounds fun, just, dont wanna loose more weight.. LOL

I know how you can be involved. You can be the goal weight for the rest of us. We need something unachievable to reach out for!!! I would have to cut myself in half
