"Target wedge", whatever that is. Probably the same as a gap wedge.

If I bought these would I have to take them back to a HG fitter so that they are perfectly matched to my swing?

any clubfitter can do it for you if needed .

But surely only a HG fitter can fit HG clubs (thats what they tell everyone). How much would it cost?

HG wanted about $30 per club if lofts and lies needed changing my local do the same for $12 per club

Not at all. HG is specialist stuff so I think the question had to be asked. It seems expensive to get them changed (I would need i degree flat) so I will pass on these.
