I still reckon as many clubs (including MCC, bowling clubs, even social club, Kelvin club, Melbourne Club lol, etc.) to join in with paid up capital divided equally per club, one vote per club plus subscription. Good Incentives for larger clubs to join in as cost effective. and to play golf there must still be green fee to pay per round as per my previous comment. That way, it will be like a co-op. I'm looking for a JOB too. Yes we can.

How many ISG members are there??? We could all spend Uncle Kevin's $950 or $650 (as long as we get it) and then all chip in..

Not Eastern Golf Club? For $120 mil, EGC can buy it and also build a new golf course in Yarra Valley.

The rumour i have heard is that a japanese group are intersted in it, but converting the yet unbuilt Fingal course layout into a vineyard. I drive past it every day, they have a big for sale out the front but no "SOLD" sticker on it yet

They replaced the front gate because the old one kept getting smashed down. Is that news? I'll post a pic of the front entrance and the For Sale sign for those interested

i have heard that the land is covered by 3 titles and 1 maybe 2 of these have been sold. the one that has been sold has the pump shed on it which could make things interesting down the track.
