Firstly Stack and Tilt rules !! So much more simple and repetitive than the traditional modern swing !! I’ve taught myself that pattern from just reading the articles,it really isn’t that complicated. it’s just a rotational swing and dont’ shift your weight to your rear foot on the backswing. I’ve gone from 10 to 6 in 4-5 months and i’m only playing once a week or fortnight, it’s the first time that i’ve ever stood over the ball having a really good idea where it’s going to go.

I’ve always run into the same problem, none of the really good lens choices are availible with an affordable perscription. Oakley is a prime example, most OPSM stores are more than willing to remove the Oakley lens and replace it with a much cheaper tinted perscription alternative but you’re still paying top dollar for that unused expensive Oakley lens.

much cheaper tinted prescription lens ?? Spazio is a lens sold for wrap sunnies and goes for average rrp of $ 3-400 which is really excessive. I work in optics and unfortunately prescription lenses in a wrap style is a pain in the #rse to do, particularly in oakleys which are made from the crappest materials and break like nobody’s business.
Basically for golf you want an amber type of coloured tint which enhances contrast, polarised to cut out more glare, and a medium density is ideal.

Howdy boys, me again. Probably seems like the most noobie question there is, BUT, i hope by now you know that I am pretty dedicated to improving all areas of my golf game. I’m only a small fella (5’7 or so) and want to be hitting the ball further than I do (who doesn’t I guess..). My 1w on average travels about 235-245m and my 6 iron travels around 150m. I am very athletic and can achieve a full rotation in my backswing (to where my shaft points at the target at the top of my backswing).

I don’t know that I’ve given you enough information to help me out but I guess I would like to know what areas to address to help me increase distance on my shots (increasing clubhead speed? or strength training are two I can think of and are perhaps related).
