Topic: Golf Equipment / Non Conform Club - Only USPGA

If the Driver is non conform according to USPGA but it is legally used in the Asia (Japan, Singapore etc), may be Australia included.

Does it mean that we can't use it in our local competition? Does any body know the correct ruling?

I had a set of PingEye2 regrooved approx 5 years ago and was issued with a certificate from PING ( America).

I lost this certificate. Can any one help me as how to go about obtain another one, otherwise I won't be able to use these clubs in Club competition.
