If that is the case, won’t everyone have to recheck their rankings before hit off to ensure under 12 or whether they have the opportunity to do a final swap to get better ranked player into the team.

Team changes are accepted with the rankings that are published at the time of making the change, as long as there is no tournament underway that may affect rankings. This has been the policy all year. If rankings subsequently change, so be it.

Do we need to have 4 players. If so, do they all need to be playing in the final event. I believe the case at present may be that a few will only have 3 viable anyway even with a change.

You need to have 4 players in your squad at all times. 3 of those players must be in the tournament to be eligible for a score. There are no alternates accepted for the FedEx events.

Is it still the best 3 out of 4 or for the final are all scores counted. (good or bad)

Same scoring system as always, best 3 scores count.

I’d assume that the scoring rules don’t change, i.e. still best 3 out of your four.

As for the rankings, I think so long as when you make your changes you are under the cap then all is OK. I don’t think we can make multiple changes before the Final.
