Man did my ego take a beating that day…
I can safely say that my standard of play…had i played at wembley or burswood, would have got me home about 7over…was not the best ball striking by a long shot.
The greens, were absolutely the purest i’ve played on for some time…were extremely fast and rolled true. 3 putts were commonplace cos of bad approaches leaving me 8-14M putts. Many holes were cut on a slopes too :P so that made it equally fun…missed bout 4 tap in distance putts cos of nerves…been a while since i’ve played a comp.
First hole…4 iron pin high right. Continued missing right the rest of the day…sorta week slaps…never hit a pure shot the whole day so was quite frustrating.
Had gone to the range after to try out a 6 iron with a Project X 5.5 that i borrowed from a mate and out of 6 shots…hit weak fades (same as my shots the whole day) and nothing felt right…also a similar pattern to the round…so gave that up quick too.
Anyways…the help you guys gave me made alot of difference the first few holes, esp the sharp dogleg left :P so thank ya’all!

Trying to find the best person to go and see to essentially check my 8yr old Maxfli Blades with S300 shafs for loft, lie and …flex? hehe..they have been feeling a bit soft…
Just thinking bout time to get a set to replace it with or perhaps even just shafts cos i love the heads so so much…the A-10 Tour Ltds
So just want to see someone who can “fit” me for my ideal shaft and tell me if my heads are still good to go. Mayb some lie/loft bending.
Im near curtin uni (Canningtonish).
