Ive been playing lately and ive been making some good inroads but I find it hard to follow through and i get stuck after i strike the ball, what steps should i take to rectify this problem. And also i lose my concentration very easily and i only play 9 holes so that will be a problem. What is the best way to maintain concentration. Last thing is consistency, i hit a few really good drives and strike it well of the fairway but then i hit a crap shot then i lose alot of confidence, im always up and down and its really frustrating. Advice would be great.

we always changed balls around so everyone gets a chance to bowl with a different ball so the balls varied so i cant remember which ball i was getting more swing from
