Here is the cost breakdown

Refinish $70
Site line & dot $40
re-mill face $40
Lie & loft adjustment- no charge
Shipping $10

Total $160

IMO, well worth it.
I’d post pre-refurb pics but would take ages.
email me on above address i can send some to you to get an idea how bad it was.

for that you could have bought a new sc on the bay…..

I actually prefer the beaten look….

I dont use heacovers at all bar driver and 3 wood…..even hybrids are spared covers….

I prefer the character of the clatter as I call it…..

Kari has really done a great job on the restoration, really surprised that a putter can be restored so well

Here’s one of mine that Kari did!
He added the site dot and flange line, put all the specs back to factory and finished it in black ox!
Open to offers if anyone is interested.

Cheers for that Wazza, my Scotty is only 12 month old, so i dont reckon i’ll need a re-furb.

I just got a quote – $70 for the finish and paint fill, thats a brilliant price, i’ll be snapping that up for sure.

Black oxide on a Ping – sacrilege! Nah, could look great. I haven’t heard of a mag bronze being given that kind of treatment. I wonder if it would take.

The old Pings are fun to play with. I’ve done a bunch myself, including those in the pics below. I’d be careful with your Anser, a quick sandblast is all they really need. Although the ones I did result in that mirror finish, they take a while to get their patina back and will never really look like an old mag bronze Ping should. I know Kari’s got a sandblasting box, and unless your Anser is really dinged up, I’d just get him to give her a quick blast.

Not mine mate, just a few pics I found on a putter specific site. Wise choice sending them to Kari though, I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the results. He’s a very talented guy. I’ve got a bunch of Spalding TP Mills putters I’m about to place in his capable hands.

I have a putter that has been renovated an customised by Kari – did a fantastic job. Highly recommended if you can’t justify the cost of sending the putter to the States.

Kari Lajosi is your man – his Cameron restorations are better than the Custom Shop as well as being much less expensive (plus you’ll get what you actually ask for). Kari is in Melbourne, his website is: http://www.lajosiputters.com.au/

If you find someone locally please let me know! :)

I have two heads I want to get refurbished but need to keep saving to get Mr Slighter to work on them, his services are good and therefore he charges accordingly.

Hi,
I just bought a scotty cameron and noticed that is a slight nick on the face of the club. Does anyone know how or where i can get this repaired? Is it worth it? It’s almost at the centre of the face but since the ball is con-caved in theory it wouldnt affect the game play. any ideas?

Topic: How far do you Hit it?

Every now and then I fluke one out of the screws.I hit one on the weekend and god it felt good. What shocked me was while the ball was disappearing into the distance there was a rumbling noise.I swear it had to be my ball making a sonic boom.Even better there was a second rumble,so I believe that means my ball was travelling at mach two.Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

Sons of the west.RED,WHITE and BLUE.

Yeah, it was playing partners’ farts.
