That is the day after my 21st… so i may be rather tired!... but ill be there…

Would we be looking at courses closer to sydney or newie?... Tuggerah Lakes is not a bad course.

I think those of us who dont mind a drive, could be some nice hunter valley courses to play, but for those from sydney, could be a bit far

Why thank you Blacksnake for honour of being nominated the first NCCS Club Captain……but I think it should go to a vote by the “members” to be fair to all. After all it was Dribs that set the first day up.

Having said that it would be a good idea to set a thread for NCCS ISG members to go to for info on up coming days. We could have a data base of email addresses so that when some important info comes up all can be prompted to vist the NCCS thread.

Open to suggestions for the next NCCS day….I think that The Springs is a good value for money course with easy access on Fridays & would be happy to play there but we should venture to all corners of the NCSS membership area from time to time.

Malvernstar is at Manly & there are some ripper courses on the Northern Beaches (my old course, Wakehurst is a real challenge). Leighdog & Ronm are around the Parramatta area with access to great courses from Liverpool to Parra. Asquith near me is good on Fridays. Blacksnake & Walrus have many courses to choose from in the Newcastle area & Dribadawo & L4G can set us up on the Central Coast.

Once the NCCS membership builds we will have the chance for even more variety of courses.

So have a think about where & when….suggesting every six weeks or so as once a month may be a bit tight….& post your thoughts. I will start an NCCS thread soon.

Back on line, I thought The Springs was a good mid way option for the Sydney/Newcastle crew, I didn’t mind the drive, was only 1hr to 1hr 15 mins so no problem (wouldn’t want to go too much further), happy to do it again. Every 6-8 weeks seems like a good option for me but I play twice a week.

I second Barnesy as skipper.

Will be handing over the trophy at the next day.

There is room on the back for a small badge.

I was talking to Blacksnake, and we talked about having a hit around Alanis (Morisset) in about 2-3 weeks time. Nothing fancy and organised, and i doubt there will be a trophy, but all are welcome.

Ronm also mentioned he was keen to come. So if we can get a group or 2, would be a nice day.

Didnt realise anyone was taking photos of the practice swing…. I love my nice follow through, leaving the ball on the ground!!!...LOL. Thanks for the photos though :)

That thing around my neck is the Black Snake…I had it for about 2 holes, one of the holes was the 18th. Luckily for me my mate 3-jerked to win it back after I unfortunately missed a tough 3-putt chance on the last.
