it's been one of those "iffy" things at the club...

guy was lucky enough to hit the perfect shot 2 sundays ago, and won a hyundai tuscon...
not only did he win the car, he finished 4th overall nett, AND won a mobile phone in the lucky draw...
and he only got chopped 1 stroke off his hcp (now 11)...

Ball ends up in water hazard (drain) that's dry, but has long grass in it...

Player, in trying to identify his ball, moves aside some of the grass (whilst not touching the ground with his hands) to check...

Is he penalized?

played with a scratch marker yesterday who had one on his corsa putter...

felt great, but too thick for my liking...

I'm not fitted for any of my clubs...but I do have a preference for Mizunos (early edition sets) and Pings with orange dots...
2degrees below standard thru the set...
I think it's just mind over matter for me...

I've played with AEPs for couple of years that I know the irons were too upright for me, but I played great with those...

am playing great with the Mizunos atm...so not really caught-up in the idea of club fitting as yet...

would love to get onto a launch monitor to find the ideal driver tho...

then with both hands push it all the way down until the butt of the grip is up against the end of the shaft

but be careful not to push too hard, coz the sharp end will actually cut thru the end of the grip...

smaller version of the SS, but without the cavity...hidden cavity...

got a bagboy 3-wheeler - so it has to be a mini-staff bag as the stand bag won't sit on properly...

I remembered reading a ruling in GD a very long time ago...involving a water hazard...

PGA Tour pro tries to carry the lake, but falls short and back into the drink.
He then cleans his iron in the lake. And becoz of this action, he got hit with a penalty (can't remember how many)...

so, I would have thought same principle applies to smashing the club back into the bunker...
