Topic: Golf Equipment / Should I ditch the new driver?? Wazza, the TM burner is not actually an offset club, it has a closed face of 2 degrees i believe, this is where the draw comes from. So i would say give it a go and see if you do infact hit it alright. |

Topic: Golf Equipment / Loft / lie machines? Chris you have to realise that $50 is not that much to get your clubs adjusted, Lie loft machines cost from $1000 to $3000, so i guess you either pay $50 to a pro or you go and purchase a machine, i know what i would be doing |

Topic: Golf Equipment / Low spin, low launch driver shaft ? i think if you check different web sites it will say that the grafalloy blue will come out at a low traj, that is what makes it a shaft in its own catogory, it being a light weight shaft but still delivering a lower ball flight with a mid tip stiffness. but i also looked on golfworks and it came up with a different set of specs, so by my experience of them it comes out at a lower traj than most light weight shafts. |

Topic: Golf Equipment / N.S.PRO 950GH WF vs D.G Superlites i would definatly be a bit weary of the lauch monitors, looking by eye at a ball flight is still the best way to fit someone and look at what shaft is best. Dont get me wrong lauch monitors are good for lauch angle and spin rate but you must still look at the ball flight on the course. If you are at a range hit off the grass as well, mats have a good trick of lauching the ball higher than off the grass. |

Topic: Golf Equipment / N.S.PRO 950GH WF vs D.G Superlites hi there, you will find that both shafts are a light weight steel shaft and will have about the same shaft profile. By my experiences with Nippon, most of the time a stiff flex will play more like a senior to reg stiffness. The DG is a better quality shaft, but if you are looking to hit it lower then you will be better off going for a normal DG shaft, if you dont like the extra weight of the DG then another option could be a Rifle Lite, but you will have to get in quick with the rifle lite because they have discontinnued that line |

Topic: Golf Equipment / Low spin, low launch driver shaft ? anything that is a heavey shaft that is 85+ grams will help with traj, these shafts are generally stiffer in the tip and have a high bend point. anything like a Speeder 858, harrison 1.8, Aldila NV proto 85-95, accuflex creation red, Grafolloy blue |

Topic: Golf Equipment / X100 V's Project X if you are going to choose a shaft that goes lower, then both shafts are going to play about the same with trajectory, the biggest differences between each shaft is, the pro x is designed to launch the ball up quicker but bore at a lower traj. where the x100 is the highest launching of the x flex shafts. Most people dont know but they come from x100 – x400. Australia are not able to get these shafts. |
