Topic: Golf Talk / ISG 2008 PGA Tour Tipping - Changes Thread Out N Green Squad Richard Green (AUS) 2.11 TOTAL: 8.83 I think we should leave the Zurich or Shell in, it brings in more tactics. Do I try to stack the side early for the Masters, and risk automatic DQ as I have 1 or more European players (or players just not playing) or do I take advantage of the fact that others will be doing this and try to catch as much money as I can now. A bird in the hand. Players must be going through the same thing. 1. Hey, I’ve made a few bucks this year, so I’ll rest up for the Masters 2. I haven’t made much, but I’ve got a start in the Masters, a good showing there will mean I’m set for a while to come. I’ll rest up too. 3. I’ve got a start in the Masters, but a bird in the Hand. I’ll take what money I can get at these weaker field events. This can also be applied to other Major tourneys. BTW. I’m still hoping Glover gets a start in the Masters… :) |

Topic: ISG Feedback / PM - Status? seriously though guys, it is generally not a wise move to post an email address on a web page. There are bots that scan web pages for email addresses and add them to spam lists. try a format like frankyb1968 ( at ) hotmail ( dot ) com or something equally as clear to a human but that a bot would find more difficult to make a real address out of. |

Topic: Golf Talk / How long can you drive Seriously… the problem is the intramanet if you type in “one hundred and eighty metres is my average drive length” in numerical format. The goblins in the intramanet change what you’ve written so that it looks like this. “OMG I average 293.5 metres, and I got a buddy who hits it way longer than me, WTF!! lol It is a phenomenon that I am researching at the moment, these goblins do other nasty stuff as well. For me to say “I average 220 metres” I have to type (in numerical form), “occasionally I hit it one hundred and fifty with a stiff breeze”. Hope this helps clear some confusion. |

Topic: The Lounge / Tattoo's tough sticker? hehe you haven’t met me then… as I inferred my next tat will be Famke written in toddler scrawl. Not particularly tough. Someone once said that it is a permanent reminder of a temporary feeling, but I don’t think my feelings for my daughter are temporary, nor is your 10 under Neumie :) |

Topic: Golf Talk / ISG 2008 PGA Tour Tipping - Changes Thread Good stuff. It can be a bit of a gamble. I feel that I needed to drop Goydos prior to the masters, but there was the risk of picking up a few DQ’s because of it. the low #’s were the give away that more people were thinking about it. :) |

Topic: Golf Talk / ISG 2008 PGA Tour Tipping - Changes Thread OUT Goydos TEAM: Nathan Green (AUS) 1.69 Muntz, I don’t think you should change the rules, I’m sure some of us have been gearing for the majors, and setting our teams with that in mind. (Bye bye Goydos) |
