bear in mind that all ‘treatments’ does carry a chance of up to ~ 40% Placebo effects = perceived therapeutic effects.

and accupuncture or needling is a classic prime eg i might add.

pls remember the medical credo ” first Do NO harm”
and i might add all other things further must either be neutral or Good on a nett count.

After moving a tonne of gravel and a dozen sleepers on Friday I somehow managed to stuff my back, ...go figure.., pretty sore etc, just so happens my wifes cousin is a physio who spent last week sticking needles into other phisios .. being keen for some relief I agreed to act as a pin cusion ..

Te acupuncture she did was very simple, almost painless and holy cow…. it worked!!!..

completely , well almost, free of th sore stiff twisted lower back in just 20 minutes..worth while considering some alternative treatments it may help…

If your problem persists and or worsens (esp adversely impacting your function not only golf but you day to day activities) depsite ‘learned conservative measures’, I would strongly reccommend you go seek an appropriate medical opinion, first stop your local dr, then perhaps a Rehabilitation Physician in your area…..

I suggest swimming..start with a few laps and build up…its water based which means it takes the weight…

swimming also helps hip turn.

Ditto on the arm injury, I’ve been to a physio four times and an osteo once… it still aches like buggery, but I’m still able to play golf thank God.
