Anyone playing golf this weekend (7/8 Aug 2010)?
I am available and have a golflink card, so dont mind a social game or a spot in a comp. I am in Brisbane area.
Please let me know if anyone wants to tee up a game or you have a spare slot.

Hi guys,

I’m 27 and I’ve just moved to Pullenvale from Adelaide to study up here and I wouldn’t mind going out for a hit with any other hackers out there that are interested.

I enjoy going out as much as I can and have been playing for about a year now. Lately I’ve just been playing 9 holes but happy to play 18, i average about 50 shots or so for 9 holes.

My best days to play are probably mondays but I can probably get away friday afternoons and some weekends.

So far I’ve played at Jindalee, St Lucia, Carinda, and the gaines golf club. Happy to try other places out.

To give you some idea. I have played Club pelican Beerwah, Bribie island, Pacific Harbour, Woodford , Caboolture , 1 mile, Pine Rivers Wantima & Nudgee on the North side. Redcliffe is the stand out Ommision there. ( Forgot Northlakes. )
Will have to get on to Ditty & arrange it with you for next year:-)

Seems like a long way to travel when he Lives at Woody point. Mind you Pine Rivers would not be worth the trip either . Redcliffe ,Caboolture or even Nudgee would be my picks. Or of Course Northlakes if you like losing lots of balls :-)

My point exactly, and IMO Redcliffe is a better course (i’m not just saying that because i am a member there).

Madpunter, why did you join Riverlakes (Southside) when you live at Woody Point (Northside – next to Redcliffe GC)..?
you could have been shooting 5 holes after work each day instead of traveling only on the weekend..
