Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! Your pro could have exchanged the brand new replacements for another pair in stock and sent that pair back to Footjoy as damaged stock… |

Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! I have my own Premier Dry Classics. They are one good looking shoe and are comfortable but i find after a few holes they start to hurt and cut into my feet. But for me i would rather wear the e-comforts over the premier dry classics anyday. Because i can get through a round with them alot easier. There also very lightweight compared to the Classics. |

Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! packard – i have worn most variants of footjoys over the last few years and i can honestly say, they are nice shoes, but even getting the right size can lead to sore feet. they are by no means, the be all and end all of shoes. they have various different lasts and ‘cuts’ of their shoes which will result in drastically different fits between each model. eg. the eComfort for me was one of the most comfotable shoes i have owned. compared to the DryJoy Pro, which was possibly the most uncomfortable shoes i have work. They were TOTALLY different shoes to wear and the DryJoys didn’t last more than 3-4 rounds before they were given the arse. having said that, i do find it hard to believe that Acushnet would take this long on a warranty. I recently sent my 454Comp back with a cracked head, it took probably a week for the courier to pickup the club (organised by Acushnet) and i had heard back from them with a decision within 2 days of that, and had a new club in my hands within 2 weeks of them picking it up. No company can expect to survive with customer service like that. Unfortunately, my contacts at Acushnet do not extend past the local territory rep. |

Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! Something is seriously out of synch here. First. I have great difficulty with the idea that any FJ shoe in the correct size made your feet bleed. Second. Having worn the brand for most of my golfing life I had my first problem this year with a pair I’d worn all day every day for ten months, rain or shine. My shoes were picked up by courier the following day and the replacement pair arrived 3 days after that. I have my suspicions about what might be going on here, and the problem aint at Acushnet. |

Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! Cmon, give Maria a little credit here. She’s taken her time in wearing in the shoes for you and you want to complain about it? i had a pair of dry premieres in 11D which fit mega comfortably on both feet but it kept squishing my left pinky toe and the nail died if i played heaps. No pressure on the toe if I wasn’t walking, but the shoe seemed to dislike my pinky during long walks. Also, during wearing in phase, my heels got blistered up. Got some advice from one those older golfers who have a zillion tips to rub candle wax into heel part of shoe. Got a pair of Contours after that in 11E which don’t fit anywhere near as good, but pinky toe is thanking me for it by growing back. Took me at least 5 rounds to wear them in where the back of my heel would blister and burst, even with the advice of waxing them. Ended just taping the back of heels with strapping tape. Don’t think i’m gonna go with footjoys next time cause of the wearing period i have had to endure with mine, but if i do try footjoys one more time |

Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! I was surprised to read your post and see the length of time it took for your club professional to get a result from Footjoy. My experience with Footjoy has been the complete opposite . I had an old pair of Footjoy contours that had been purchased overseas,on one of the shoes the insert that the soft spikes are screwed into had somehow worked its way out. I took the shoe into a local golf shop that stocked Footjoy shoes and asked if they had a replacement part. They didn’t but they rang their Footjoy rep whilst I was in the shop. They asked me to leave the shoe at the store and said they would get it fixed. I received a phone call the following week letting me know that I could pick up my shoes. When I turned up at the store they handed over a brand new pair of Footjoy contours. I was blown away as I was expecting a charge for repairs not for them to replace an old pair of shoes with a brand new pair. This was about 18 months ago. I will continue to purchase Footjoys they may be at the more expensive end of the price range for golf shoes but they wear well and in my experience the company goes the extra yard and stands 100% behind their product . |

Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! I advise you to get your money back. Forget about the principal of the argument, now you know that their customer service is hopeless, 6 months come on. Grab your money and buy another brand of shoe… |

Topic: Footjoy customer service! Very frustrated customer here! Why don’t you just get the money back from the professional, while you await their reply/vent anger. At the worst, you’re not financially disadvantaged another few months by their poor customer service. They’ve lost a lifetime footjoy customer now…. you’ll certainly never buy another one of that brand ever! |
