1 Par 72 6333m Championship Layout with Pristine Couch Fairways

2 No water problems, club has water direct from Nepean River

3 Absolute best value for money ($890 year)

Negatives

1 Club needs more money for further course improvements

2 Penrith still seems to be too far from Sydney

3 Not enough motorised carts (25)
