for a starter you dont need 14 stadiums. you only need 10. next i love football but we will never see a world cup here.

lets look at the stadiums
WA – Subiaco, WACA – both don’t meet requirments
SA – Football Park, Adelaide oval – both don’t meet requirments
NSW – Telstra stadium, Aussie Stadium – Telstra both could host games
VIC – Telstra dome, MCG – both could host games but they are crappy shapes. no atmosphere stadiums
QLD – Suncorp – the pick of the bunch. best football stadium in australia

So we have 5 at best and i certainly wouldnt want to watch a game at the MCG. It was crap against uruguay. u are too far away. the dome is just as bad. youre best bet would be to build/upgrade 40K stadiums in Perth, Adelaide, Newcastle, Gold Coast, Wollongong, Hobart, Townsville. Upgrade Olympic park to 60K. use suncorp and telstra stadium. but i cant see the government building/upgrading 7 stadiums.

as for the afl, nrl and rugby union. well rugby league and union are slowly dying sports. they are no problem. afl is a whole other problem. afl are already threatened by footbal and if the world cup comes to oz afl interest will be at an all time low. many people who normally wouldnt watch football will watch the world cup and once they see how good football is they will never go back. the afl will do everything in their power to stop the world cup form happening here.

Just asking as with the absolute poker scandal and the ultimate bet scandal cheating is obviously happening in online poker not to mention claims of action flops, cold decks and rigged dealing. I have played on partypoker and pokerstars and i must say that the amount of bad beats are unbelievable.

its a large green. its 130 yards. its only a wedge.

if there was no water a pro would be so mad at himself for missing the green.

pros would be expecting to birdie this hole 90% of the time if there was no water.

its the water factor that gets to them. its a battle of nerves.

pros always complain about tough golf courses.I would rather watch a comp where the winner is -6 than one where the winner is -19 or even better.

Its a challenging course that beautifully designed.

the pros need to stop crying about courses like sawgrass and oakmont and step up to the challenge.

He’s not a “personality” just an aberration .Being different doesn’t necessarily make him interesting (to me at least) . I’d much rather just watch some great shotmaking and avoid the bizarre behaviour .
