Hi Boz,
You may remember me from about 3 weeks ago, I had commented on the UV balls and how good I found them to use and how I decided to have a go at just using the white Xpert 2 ball and no other for the next couple of weeks. Well I lied, I actually played a round or should I say part there of with another type of ball, ProV for 6 holes then the Xpert2 for the rest of the round then for the next 2 weeks of golf.
My conclusion….....
It is highly unlikely that I will purchase or use another other than the Xpert2 ball for the rest of my golfing days. (new and improved excepted)
This ball is the best ball for me, I’ve been hitting it Longer,Straighter, getting it to stop on the greens, putting and feel has improved not to mention that my confidence around the greens has skyrocketed.
Please don’t think that my handicap has suddenly been cut in half because it hasn’t, BUT, I do feel that my game is coming together now and lower scores are just around the dog leg? and a great deal of this new found enjoyment has come from my confidence in the ball I have decided to use.

I decide some time ago to find a quality ball I like to play with and use it consistently through out my game and not swap and change from Hole to hole or week to week. I wanted to get to know my ball as I believe that this will lead me to a better and more consistent game of golf.
I’ve been using the Vision UV ball for quit a few months now and have been steadily improving my over all game, in the main due to the ball.
More consistent length off the tee.
Better control with the fairway woods & irons especially around the greens.
Putt – ability = feel & roll
Finding the short grass more often!
Saying all that my game has NOT improved by 10 strokes, I not hitting 280m drives or hitting my irons like a dart and stopping on a 10 cent piece on the green with my wedge and draining 40 footers, BUT what is happening is I’m becoming more consistent and more confident with my game! What I can and cannot do with my chosen ball!
I know with more game time and lessons from my local pro the above is not far away. (I wish!)
With consistency comes confidence and with confidence comes enjoyment! – (especially taking your mates hard earned)

Hi Boz,
I’ve used the yellow ball for a while and thought they were great for me. Since using them the distance and control in my game has improved from tee to green. (Not so much the scoring because I still can’t putt!)
I’m just about to try those new Arctic white balls, I’ll let you know how they went!
