The driving range had 3-PW for $1250. How much do you think they would move on that price? and do you think it would be better to order them from somewhere in the states?

Last night i did the most stupid thing at the driving range and hit a demo 6 iron in these new Srixon i-701 irons. Let me tell you if you are in the market for some new irons these are great. Feel really soft and the have a great deal of forgiveness without taking away from the feel. They are very long even with range balls and there is no dramas with shot shaping. It had the standard DSG300 shaft in it which i thought was great. Would love to know anyone who has these what their thoughts are?

It sounds like to much of a gamble especially in the current economic climate. I currently work with a very big company so job security is pretty important at these times. Also the pay was well below what i’m currently on so it isn’t enough for me to go across. As much as would love to be apart of the Golfing industry pay is a deciding factor because that actually allows me to play the game. It also sounded like you where expected to turn water into wine if you know what i mean. Thanks for the feed back Cliffmanley!

Right now you’ve all had your say i will explain what happened. Friday afternoon about 5pm just finishing 9 holes where i decided to throw down a couple more balls on the last hole to practice my bunker shots. After i had hit 4 balls a green keeper comes over to me and say’s very aggressivly “You can only hit 2 balls maximum per hole per player.” where i replied ok mate sorry i didn’t know that rule. I respect green keepers as i do every one but when you just come up and be so rude is uncalled for.

How about “who ate all the pie’s” David Duval. Remember this guy? where did he go? it was only a couple of years ago you use to see him across all the PGA coverage. I guess it’s been about 3 or so years since i saw him last, until the other day. He must of put on 30kg and he is still wearing the same sunglasses and hat! And he still doesn’t have any personality
