Topic: The Biggest Cut
Dunno really. Generally manage to keep the ball in play but that’s probably because I don’t hit it far enough to get off the fairways. Driver goes about 190 max and a small-headed driver or 1 iron gets me to most longer par 4’s. |

Topic: The Biggest Cut 1-L is the mechanical model that TGM uses to show its simplicity in a diagram whilst its description is mind blowingly deep as the Pacific engineering wise. Shank – move that booty:) |

Keep it up, mate. Short game makes up for many sins. (WTF is 1-L?) Mother Shank is visiting – course management can’t help! Took the Cure from the School and hope for some range time before Saturday’s Scramble |

Topic: The Biggest Cut Good idea for a thread, like KGN I hadn’t seen it. Made me check my golflink : 2 years ago 8.1, 1 year ago 8.1, now 7.6. New clubs, bags, swing thoughts, putting lessons, grief all for 1/2 a tick. Have had a brainstorm, maybe I’ll hit a practice ball this year. Some great improvement by a few, so keep it up. Saw the post about someone being asked to hold their handicap at 12. I certainly agree with the consensus, would rather play off 10 than win one of those B grade shields, like winning a Holden scramble, its a way to determine the biggest burglars. We all know the type, they are at every club, skanking round in Wednesday 4balls, but who the hell wants to be one of them. |

Thats a superb index when read in conjunction with the hitting distances you quoted below. 5i – 130/135m How do you manage to shoot so low? |

No good ST, luckily for you I am following a similar curve. I can tell I am so close, knocking down pins from 100m but still not making the scores I used to back off 27! |

Topic: The Biggest Cut
Back out on the weekend after a week off. Played to the new handicap which was good – off the tips as well as penants were on in the afternoon. 30 putts today which i was still pretty happy with, drained a few monsters and the greens were very fast. Wasted a lot of shots chipping as the distance control was pretty ordinary given the fast greens and tight pin positions.. if i got up and down everytime would have shot mid 70’s! |
