Topic: English Premier League Check out the second last letter in The Fiver “Re: EBJT’s elbow-knack precluding from carrying out his refereeing duties in next week’s Big Cup final. At least Manchester United’s strikers are collectively breathing a sigh of relief knowing that only one, rather than both of his forearms will be crashing into the back of their heads when challenging for balls in the air” – Wayne Gibbons. Glossary: EBJT: England’s Brave John Terry (tongue in cheek) Not bad from a lad in Darwin to get his letter printed in a UK daily football email. |

Topic: English Premier League Take off the red sunglasses munter ; ) Ronaldo doesn’t ref the game, much as he thinks he does. The ‘obvious’ penalty he turned down was clearly a reaction to the one he should never have given in the first place. It was also on the player he should have sent off. What about the obvious penalty Wigan should have got when Ferdinand handled in the first 20 minutes? Don’t get me wrong, Manu deserve the title over the season, but the ref today was a joke. As for Terry, wishful thinking chum, its already been reported that he’s fine and will be in Moscow. Much as I don’t want Chelsea to win a European Champions League title, I’ve a feeling they will turn you over. |

Topic: English Premier League Manu must have a late signing – well Steve Bennett is doing his best for them! Soft penalty decision and scholes should have been having an early bath. Its always a shame when the official gets too involved. |

I know what he’s on about, just that Liverpool took Mascherano on “loan” form West Ham after the obscure rule 18 regarding was sorted by Rick Parry which to me is a bit ironic. While Mascherano was at West Ham they had one victory so he was hardly a postive influence. West Ham never signed them illegally becasue they were registered with the FA and Premier League, they failed to disclose possible 3rd party interest and were done for that. Pleaded guilty and copped a world record fine. Since then its been to court numerous times, the FA and Premier League, FIFA, UEFA and every other football body going around. |

West Ham shouldn’t even be in the EPL this year over the Tevez, Mascherano, 3rd party player ownership fiasco. |

All Arsenal can do is win their own games. Truth is, we were 1-0 up against manu and chelsea in the run in and lost both games. If we’d won those games we would have been crowned champs. Curbishly doing the impossible? I don’ think so bud. West Ham are the most over-rated London club, even worse than Fulham. It took Manu to roll over for them last season to stay up. In thanks, Fergie bought Curbs a holiday and curbs let your best player go to OT. What a joke! Who is curbishly’s best signing? He hasn’t a scooby mate and you know it. |

Topic: English Premier League Well, how about this for a stirring end to the season. League is still up for grabs, and three clubs are scrapping over two relegation spots. League Champion Odds: Suddenly the prospect of Wigan away has got me in a cold sweat. They drew 1-1 with Chelsea a few weeks ago, and have got 9 points from their last 5 matches. Relegation odds: Can Fulham complete the fairy tale escape..? That 3-2 comeback against Man City was a blinder. |

as in stop crying because Arsenal wernt good enough but you want other teams to beat UTD to help you lot out. Curbishley may be boring but he isn’t over rated, took over a team ten points from safety and proceeded to do the impossible, and this year with not much luck has us sitting safely in mid table. |

Topic: English Premier League West Ham have been crying about injuries all year. Stop buying injury prone players and has beens – that’ll sort it out ; ) Curbishly is the most over-rated manager in the prem. How he’s keeping his job when Eriksson is losing his is beyond me! |
