R15 had it for maybe 6 years?? Its more the shaft nowhere near stiff enough apparently. Showed with my dispersion as well.

That was my suggestion of what to say if she sees the new one. But if you hoik it out to the garage quick smart I guess it won’t ever be needed. 😀

Just under 1200 all up. $630 for the head, $300 shaft upgrade(the other one was $600) , $30 leather grip upgrade, $100 fitting fee and about 130 GST and shipping. Yeah i know it's pricey but it's a great experience a premium product and hey it's got to be worth 4-5 less shots or fairways hit a round????? ..................no

which shaft did they fit you with ?

I went down there earlier this week for a driver fitting too.

I knew I had a 'fastish' swing speed.  Currently gaming the 2016 M1 with a stiff KK shaft. After some baseline shots, it was obvious to Zane that this combo was NQR. Dispersion was all over the place.  Took a while to settle on the head - the Ping G400 LST.  Zane was convinced the weight and profile of the head was best suited.

Next was shafts.  Tried quite a few (can't remember which ones), but he just knew (as did I) when we had the right ones - HZRDUS Black 65 and Tour AD TP6X

Zane tried a few of the other heads with these shafts, but we just kept coming back to the Ping.  Felt like I could aim for a bucket on the fairway rather then hoping to land one on the short stuff.

The way the various factors were explained was incredible - head weight, shaft weight, stiffness, torque etc etc..
Amazed at the difference when you have the 'right' shaft on the 'wrong' head and vice-versa. A real balancing act that you are guided through in an easy to understand conversation with someone who REALLY knows his stuff.  $150 for the fitting, $1279 for the club ($650 head, $614 shaft and $15 grip).  Didn't purchase the club (Veto'd by Minister for Home Affairs), but certainly has me on the hunt for a stiffer shaft than the one I'm currently gaming.

As I was leaving, Zane looked at my irons and told me that they are nowhere near suited to me (without even seeing me hit one)....

Really want to get down there for the iron fitting, with the aim of re-shafting my current set only..

Bit of a review of them here: https://mygolfspy.co...jikura-pro-2-0/

What swing speed were you getting during the fitting?

Also, are you getting to keep the stock shaft?

And, speaking of stock shafts, or at least shaft options from the OEM, did you try any of the shafts during your fitting?

From here: http://www.callawayg...2018-rogue.htmlit looks to have some similar data spec shafts as standard.

Or,

Even the custom option direct from the OEM? Like these ones: http://viewer.zmags....72b#/d914872b/1

I'm guessing they would have been cheaper than an after market shaft.

EDIT - yes, I'm just trying to create doubt, and play mind f.uckery with you while you wait for your EXPENSIVE new toy.
