Titleist 'avx' Ball Reviewavx

It's why there are so many different types of fins for surfboards. And surfboard shapes, designs. There is he added factor of different waves, but that's like different course conditions to an extent.
I totally get some golfers will prefer more roll to chip and run a ball. I just find it interesting that many who struggle to hold a green on their approach shots don't try a different ball. I've finally convinced a mate to try different balls, playing a Q star he always comments on his ball running off greens. He plays off 23. He found a Mizuno ball and played it and was amazed he was holding greens. He's since started testing different balls. I've suggested he look at the vision blue and red now too.

Had a hit with the yellow version of the avx today around Beacy. (6 over .... couldn't putt to save myself)
It's got to be Titleist's softest feeling golf ball, easy to spot yellow through the air, and on the ground .......and unlike Pro V's ..... durable.
I am really liking these balls ...... (just not the expected price) ....

I saw an invite on FB for the Titleist 500 AVX Golf Ball trial promotion. Put my name down for it, so we will see if I can get some after June 16.

OK the AVX is soft ,,,, but different from the softness of the TourSoft which I found to be really soft
and had a higher launch angle than the NXT Tour S ?
I still dont quite get the low trajectory approach with the softer core? I am going to try them when
I can as they are what I want my PTX 2.0 to be more like than anything else at this time ,,,,
