None. Played with a friend in my youth when he aced the same hole 2 weeks in a row. Closest I came was in a comp when I lipped out to 3 inches with my drive on a par 4 - saw the old geezer (he looked about 90 but given I was 14 everyone looked old so he was probably only in his 50s) sitting in front of the clubhouse stand up as my ball reached the green then put his hands in the air only to slowly sit back down again without a sound - he told me what happened as I couldn't see the lip out from the tee - didn't make it easier knowing how it got there though but gave me a good story.

A distant relly of mine (didn't even know he was a relly till a bro-in-law pointed it out) got his first HIO up on the Sunshine Coast last year aged 87 I believe. He carried on playing :)

There is time and hope for me yet.

One
14/02/2001
Piney 10th hole, white tees in the Wednesday Pro Shop comp.
Pitching wedge from about 112m
I'd only been playing two or so years then.

Rusty Old Man has done the 10th too, but from the blue tees on a Monthly Medal day. That was about 5 or so years ago when he'd been playing about 15 years.
