Is it just me, or is there a real dearth of golf coaching aimed specifically at that growing market, the senior golfer?

Are there golf coaches who have specific programs for older golfers, eg how to maintain your swing speed, or how to delay the golf ageing process?

Surely this market (senior golfers) is ripe for the picking in terms of disposable income, time, and the desire to remain decent golfers.

Do these senior golf programs exist ....... or is there a real hole in the market just waiting to be filled?

Sorry Gaz, back on topic and closer to your ageing heart,do some Jimenez stretches, his flexibility and core strength is pretty good for his age, all whilst puffing away on a stogie.

Ps I have recently joined a gym to arrest the slide towards ladies flex, and I rock 3 hybrids in the bag.

I've got another two words:

Foam
Roller

I swear by these, especially for getting rid of stiffness in quads, hammies, glutes and lower back.
If you haven't used one before, I'll warn you now, rolling your quads is going to be freakin excruciating the first few times you do it.
I only started doing it a few years back so I had 40 odd years of knots to get out.
Good Lord it was horrible.

Pretty soon though you'll get past the nastiness and then they become a brilliant way to stay limber

Which one do you use?

Chiro mentioned to me a while ago to use one but never got around to dealing with it but now that I am starting to feel the niggles etc again I am serious about finding one.

The one we have at home was purchased from a physio's practice. You can get them at Kmart though. Some are softer than others. I prefer them on the firm side for best results

On the wrong side of 40

In fact on the 50 side of the 40’s

Maybe I need to roller my arms to loosen them up?

Something I need to look at and I'm only 31 😪
I'm often 10-20 behind 60+ year olds and last week playing with some guns on average I was 70 and at most 115M back off the tee.
A pro has told me it is all basically flexibility and getting more core strength but I have done sweet F all about that.

Luke, it's all about technique.
If a lightly built asian chick can belt it out there 250m, you can do better.
