Okay this is something a little different for you to ponder.
Over the last couple of years I've had the odd nagging injury, and I've noticed my swing isn't quite as fluid as it used to be.
In real terms that I can quantify, my driver distance has dropped slightly, which at this stage is not a real concern, but it is something I have noticed (some of my playing partners are now level with me after our tee shots).
That being the case, I'm starting to think about what I can do in terms of "age-proofing" my golf game. (By the way, I have copyrighted that phrase)
By "age proofing" I mean what specifics could I be working on to negate this slight loss of driver distance going forward ........ so that my overall game does not suffer.
After a quick search I have found the usual, work on your short game blah, blah, blah, but are there any other areas I could be looking to improve on?
Your thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated ....
