I'm doing 2-3 trips per year both domestic and international.

Some of the "best" weigh in around 4kg which is too much when faced with 20kg limits.

SC has advised to unscrew the driver head so as to limit any damage. Packing a bit of stuff in the club head end of the bag should make it safe.

I had a Srixon travel bag but it was too heavy and also a pain in the ass getting the bag in and out. Plus the wheels were ordinary.

Ink has suggested the Ogio Straight Jacket what other recommendations are out there.

Cheers Ink. I'd already got it down to the Ogio Straight Jacket or the Club Glove Collegiate. Only 400gm between them but also $136 respectively.

I have to purchase before June 7 so hopefully some retailer will make me a good offer.

With the Ogio, I bought a club stiff arm, which is an adjustable arm that protects the driver (I assume a stick could serve a similar purpose)

The Eagles and Birdie might be a good all in one solution as well...
