The SuperSoft balls have confused Titleist a little ,,,, the TourSoft should have been the new TruSoft and

the NXT Tour S just needed a slightly softer update ,,,,, the lower compression of the TS is the reason for

the higher launch angle.

Thanks,

Boz

Good to see some of your balls finally making it into Pro Shops Boz.  Walked into Dunheved the other week and there on the counter is a bucket of Vision, grey/olive 808's, blobs, daisies and UV yellas.  Quite a few of the members there have seen me belting the daisies and blobs around over previous times.  Have actually had a bloke pull one out of the drink and come up to me some 3 weeks later and hand me a green blob with the comment, " I believe this must be yours."  I plan on using the daisies I have left over the coming weeks to see if I can generate a bit more conversation about them.  Hopefully my game improves with them and I will have a talking point that is backed up by game.  Not many play the yellow ball at Dunheved due to the crows, so as good as those balls are in playability and visibility, they may not go too good.  But hopefully people will still try them.

Walked into Horizons last Wednesday and there they were again.  Only a young bloke in the shop and he didn't know too much about them so did not push the point.  Walked into Cypress Lakes yesterday and blow me down, 2x buckets of Visions.  Asked the Pro how they were being received by the members and he said, "The yellows are attracting a bit of interest from the elder members (plenty of them buggers) and the ladies have shown an interest in the flower pattern.  Sales haven't seen them walk out the door, but people are looking."

Good stuff.

Thanks Commish,

Its a start but I have to say there are far too many balls in play today for the number of rounds played.

Cheers,

Boz

I asked a question a few weeks ago on iseekgolf.com
Looking for more distance of the tee
I received a reply recommending I use Vision golf balls

So done a search and found them on eBay $39.95 free post.

They arrived to day and WOW have a look at what I received

Thanks  vision golf 5 stars

I have done my back in so can not get out to test the distance. As soon as I can swing I will do a review on how they play.

It has to be the ProSoft Blue or PTX Blue both have pearl coat finish.

Can you both try cleaning the balls up with some Jif please to see if the balls are dull or?

Thanks in advance,

Boz

Sorry for the delay Boz, unfortunately that ball was sacrificed somewhere at Pacific Dunes so can't clean it up for you. I'm pretty sure I've still got a couple there somewhere, I'm playing at Hunter Valley on Thursday so I'll see how I get on with it and let you know.

Sold a bakers dozen of them in the shop yesterday.

I have a mate that wears contact lenses and always complains how he can not see the ball when in flight.
I will be giving him some of my vision golf balls to try out as soon as my back comes good.

As things develop I am finding the Yellow designs and improving them is really the key to what I should

do to win over more players and that means disregarding the crows etc as all markets are interested in my

type of Yellow over anything else I do except maybe the glowing UVee designs .

I am seeing Dean Snell getting good initial reviews to a design I worked on 18 months ago ,,,,, so even

if I have that ball here a 4 piece that I have spoken about it wont generate enough sales in our smallish

market but to make different types of balls brings all sorts of overseas markets into play plus local

proshops if I get them right.

Testing for any of the new designs will now wait till we formulate the new cover materials and source some

special pigments that interest me,,,,,,I see it being maybe the next Xmas pack as I need to get my whole business

model sorted before growing too quickly,,,,
