Getting More Distance Exercises

I'v bean given these simple exercises from a golfing physiotherapist  2 months ago { reocuring back problems }
He told me do them and watch the ball fly  

I have done these simple exercises every second day since.
So far I'v gained 20 Mts on my drives and the body feels amazing.
 
  Its a free world so thought I would share: 
    
photos blow in order as the list: 

crab walks: 3 sets of ten left and right just stretch out and take a step.

Planks: these are the best { hard but pay of big time }

3 sets of 5 face down, left side, Right side,  

wood chops: put a elastic strap in a door jam close the door pull left and right 3 sets 10 left right 

thread the needle: on all 4s hand on head stretch back then thread your arm through any time as many as you won't 

Breath deep during all the stretches

Good tips.

Thanks for sharing.

Like every other exercise and stretch I'm supposed to do for my lower back, surfing, golf, etc. I doubt I'll do these either, despite knowing I should.
