Just want to share unexpected positive experience with Cleveland and my clubs' (Lynwood) pro-shop.
Last round of 2017, at impact - snapped the shaft of my 50 deg CG15, on the grip between my hands.
Given my recent returning form (its all relative) I have some $$ credit to spend - so left it at the proshop to be reshafted at my expense.
Picked it up on Sunday, new shaft & grip, Great! I'm told no-one knows what it cost, so follow-up during the week.
Rang today & am informed its covered, no cost - sort of warranty/goodwill. Thanks Cleveland & Lynwood CC Proshop (Eamonn). I would have expected some charge for time spent organising and chasing up.
This sort of thing is rare to me in todays' businesses where we are all expected to get a return for our time and effort. Well Done Cleveland Golf & Lynwood CC!
