Tis an interesting concept .....I think, and no doubt TM will have jumped through some hoops and maybe loopholes in order to get this thing ratified ........ but will it actually be of benefit once it's into the shops and into hackers hands?
If it does indeed straighten "up" errors, then there are going to be a hell of a lot of people hitting them straight ..... into the trees.
Most if not all people play a particular shape off the tee ... so the old boys who now play for their "slice" and aim left into the trees, well, they'll now start finding themselves in the left trees, rather than out in the middle or right half of the fairway.
If this thing does do what it says, then there will be a hell of a lot of people out there buying alignment sticks in order to fix their built in compensations.
As for my own thoughts ........ it's TM, so I take it all with a mountain of salt. They have maxxed out distances, they have maxxed out adjustability, so they need to have another gimmick, and this looks like it to me.
Just my thoughts though ......
